Joe is a 2004 graduate of Duquesne University. He joined HBS in 2009 and was named partner in 2015. Joe has been in the insurance industry since 2005 and specializes in the senior Medicare field.
Chris is a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh. He joined HBS in 2009 and became partner in 2016. He started in the insurance industry in 2007. He brings with him years of experience specializing in the senior field.
Jessica joined HBS in 2014 from US Airways where she was a record analyst. She is an integral part of the day to day business helping both clients and staff.
Angela is a 2002 graduate of Wheeling Jesuit University and joined HBS in September 2022 to help develop the Personal Lines department. She has been in the insurance industry for over 20 years and completed the Insurance Institute API designation in 2007. She brings with her years of experience in protecting her clients in auto, home, and life insurance. Angela currently resides in Weirton, WV with her husband and daughter.
Aaron graduated from West Virginia University in 2005. He started his career at HBS in 2016 and became the agency Field Trainer in 2020. In addition to maintaining his personal book of business Aaron assists in the development of new agents at HBS.
Kayla has been in the insurance industry since 2015 gaining experience in medical and voluntary products. She joined the HBS team in 2018 to expand the Small Group sector of HBS. In addition to her group benefits expertise Kayla assists clients with their Medicare and Life insurance needs. She and her husband reside in the Pittsburgh area with their beautiful boy, Beckham.
James was born and raised in Pittsburgh Pennsylvania, and graduated from California University of Pennsylvania. He has been in the insurance industry for 5 years, and recently joined HBS to specialize in Medicare.
Joe attended Robert Morris University and joined HBS in December of 2008. He has been in the insurance business for over 15 years and is experienced in senior, individual and group health insurance plans. He is also a National Social Security Advisor Certificate holder which allows him to help clients maximize their social security needs.
Linda has a doctoral degree from Duquesne University in Educational Leadership. She is a retired school superintendent who enjoys educating people about healthcare, especially Medicare. and insurance/ legacy options, ensuring that they feel secure in their choices and their future.
Chris began his insurance career in May of 2022 with HBS. He enjoys handling any insurance needs his clients may have and educating them about their coverage. Chris takes great pride in ensuring everyone he advises has the proper protection.

Autumn is a 2001 graduate of Slippery Rock University. She joined HBS in 2018, and has been in the insurance industry since 2015.
Don, a graduate of PTI School of International Business in 1973, started his career with Bankers Life and Casualty in 1985. He left Bankers to open his own agency in 1996. In 2008 he partnered with Tom Bundy. Don has experience in senior, individual, and group products. He developed the senior division of HBS.
Lynn has been with HBS since 2010. She has a master’s degree in Social Work (WVU) and Business Administration (RMU). Lynn has dedicated her career to helping her clients understand health insurance, in particular Medicare, so they can make the absolute best health insurance decision.
Jamie has worked in the health insurance industry for 22 years, The last 10 at Health Benefit Services. She enjoys educating seniors on their Medicare health plan options. It is a very rewarding job and she looks forward to helping you in the future.
Thomas Carletti attended the University of Pittsburgh and obtained his insurance license in 2012. He is a father of 4 wonderful children and enjoys helping senior citizens with all their Medicare and other insurance needs.
Christine has been in the insurance industry for eight years. She joined HBS in 2014 specializing in the senior market. She also provides solutions for individuals and families searching for health insurance coverage through the marketplace. She offers other products such as life insurance, hospital indemnity, recovery care and fixed annuities.
Crystal has over 35 years in the health care insurance industry. She obtained her bachelor’s degree from LaRoche College. Crystal genuinely enjoys working with seniors and their families to assist them with their Medicare needs. She is an experienced speaker and writes for various local magazines on current Medicare concerns. She is active in her church community with Ladies of Charity and Jesus in Disguise (homeless) ministries.
